The award-winning short documentary, “Hawks in the City”, will kick off the environmental film segment of the Annapolis Film Festival on March 23, 2013. Executive produced by Maggie Burnette Stogner for the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia, the film reveals life on the edge for two urban hawks.
